  11. Terms and Conditions for ‘We’ll Spot You a Holiday’ Offer
    1. Offer only available to clients building in Country WA, outside of the Perth Metro area, with a Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA) signed on or before 30 April 2018.
    2. Not available with any other offer, discount, incentive, promotion or competition.
    3. Value of the offer is $4,000 (inc GST) and becomes payable at the Slab-Down building milestone. The Client has the option to use the value amount as a discount off the home or at pre-start. Clients must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the lender.

  13. Ready to Build House and Land Packages
    1. ‘Ready to Build’ house and land packages are located in the Albany region and were available at the time of advertising.2.     For Smoothstart to commence building in 28 days from PPA, the customer must have finance approval within 21 calendar days and have signed all required paperwork from Smoothstart within 28 days from PPA.
    2. Colour selection to be completed within 7 calendar days of finance approval. The client can choose from a range of selections from the current SmoothStart’s Colour Selection Guide.
    3. If works do not start 28 calendar days from PPA and Smoothstart is at fault, Smoothstart will pay the client $300p/w until start (maximum of $1,200).
